ProteomeBinders started European binder projects as a Coordination Action funded under the EC 6th Framework Programme. ProteomeBinders documents the current state of the art in binder-based proteomics and developed the follow-on EC FP7 projects AffinityProteome and AFFINOMICS.

AffinityProteome is a Collaborative Project targeted to SMEs funded under the EC 7th Framework Programme. AffinityProteome builds on the achievements of ProteomeBinders, exemplifying and optimising the systematic generation and application of binders against cellular signalling targets.
